Joining this trainer team in the role of a Customer Success Specialist, you are responsible for providing pre- and post-sale technical trainings and product consulting to users of CAS’ scientific information solutions such as CAS SciFinder in the EMEA region and worldwide. You are accountable for preparing and presenting instructional materials in various media for technical training events for user meetings, technical conferences, on-site customer visits and customer meetings via teleconference.

The Corporate Account Consultant plays a critical role in advancing ACS Publications’ Global Corporate Strategy by driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and increasing influence within the corporate sector. This position focuses on supporting corporate sales across a dedicated panel of countries in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for both growing existing accounts and acquiring new customers to meet aggressive revenue targets.
